For you as a buyer we are also very thorough. As a buyer you have a " obligation to research " according to Dutch law. It is not enough to trust the seller or his real estate agent on his or her honesty when you buy a house. You have to do your own research to avoid problems afterwards. We help you to fulfill this obligation as well as possible.
From our side we look objectively at the qualities of a house. So without the emotion that you may have as a buyer. We look critically at how the price compares to other comparable homes in the area. Based on these and other factors such as construction aspects, insulation and durability, we advise you on your offer. We also work closely with your mortgage advisor so that we can make the right offer, with the right conditions and securities, with precision. This increases your chances of successfully purchasing your dream home without headaches many times over.
Is this a good time to buy a house?
That's a very good question! Warren Buffet once said the following: "Be fearful when others are greedy, and greedy when others are fearful." My take on the current market for buyers, is that there are a lot of opportunities right now. Not only is there much more for sale, but many sellers and their real-estate agents are panicking and want to get rid of their homes quickly.
